Brand engagement builds customer loyalty.
What Is Brand Engagement?
Brand engagement is ultimately about connecting with people, both inside and outside the organisation. Brand engagement communities work alongside other engagement platforms such as a brand’s social media channels to develop and intensify brand affinity, advocacy and loyalty.
Ideation is about exploring potential, generating new concepts and discovering new opportunities with your customer. Think of the power, approval and advocacy of new ideas that have been created with your customer. It requires a mindset throughout the organisation that embraces the contribution customers make at the outset of a product or service design programme and not only when a new product or service is about to be launched.
Co-creation communities harness real peoples’ experience and insight to create shared value that translates into products and services designed in an open, collaborative way. Who can co-create within a community? Customers, employees, partners, stakeholders, suppliers, everyone in fact who works on any process and in any capacity for an organisation or who touches an organisation through the products and services they purchase.
Strategic Decision Making
Change is inevitable for all organisations because their customers don’t live in a bubble. People change, their needs change, circumstances outside of their control such as the global economy force change upon them. As needs change organisations therefore have to be ready to adapt and move with their customer to remain relevant.
